SalonGo is an online salon management platform that enables customers to discover salons and book appointments, while helping salon owners manage salon profiles, services, barbers, business hours and appointments.

SalonGo is currently provided as a free public beta. Some features may change as the platform evolves.

We may also automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, language settings and usage data.

We use personal data to create and manage user accounts, process appointments, display salon information, provide customer support, improve the platform, maintain security and prevent misuse.

We do not sell personal data.

We only use data for purposes related to providing, securing and improving SalonGo.

SalonGo uses authentication services to allow users to create accounts, sign in securely and manage their access to the platform.

Account data is required to provide role-based access for customers and salon owners.

When a customer books an appointment, SalonGo stores the appointment details so that the customer and salon owner can view and manage the booking.

Salon owners are responsible for keeping their salon, service and availability information accurate and up to date.

SalonGo may use essential cookies or browser storage that are necessary for authentication, language selection, user role handling and platform functionality.

These technologies help the platform work correctly and securely.

If analytics tools are enabled, additional usage data may be collected to understand how visitors use the platform.

SalonGo uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the website.

Google Analytics is used only for anonymous or pseudonymized website analytics. Appointment content is not shared with Google Analytics.

SalonGo is hosted using Vercel infrastructure.

SalonGo uses Supabase for database and authentication services.

These providers process data only to the extent necessary to provide hosting, authentication, database and related platform services on our behalf.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized persons only.

However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. Users should keep their login credentials safe and notify us if they suspect unauthorized access.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide SalonGo.

When you delete your account, the personal data associated with it is deleted, except where certain data must be retained for required retention periods.

Data remaining temporarily in backups is removed according to the applicable backup deletion cycle.

We process personal data in accordance with Article 6 GDPR.
